Traditional Taekwon-Do, the
primary discipline taught at the Traditional Taekwon-Do Center, is divided into three distinct age groups. All methods and practices are those shown to Master Luciano by Grandmaster Kwon Jae-Hwa, a pioneer of Taekwon-Do and world renowned leader in the Martial Arts, and Master Luciano's  mentor since 1989.

children

This program is designed for students from ages five through seven years. There are three scheduled sessions each week.

Children practice together on
Saturday at 10:30AM. Additional sessions are available on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:15PM (9:00AM - Summer Schedule). Class duration is approximately 60 minutes. Children work on the skills needed to advance to the Junior Program. There is a focus on discipline, concentration, attention span, physical balance, and a wide range of basic kicking, blocking and striking techniques.

juniors

This program is designed for students from ages eight through twelve years. There are five scheduled sessions each week.

Juniors practice together on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
evenings at 7:00PM and on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:15PM (9:00AM Summer Schedule). Class duration is approximately 60 minutes. This is a serious martial arts program. Skills learned here are similar to the adult program taught with an approach that is appropriate for this age group.

adults

This program is designed for students thirteen years and older. There are six scheduled sessions each week.

Adults practice together on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
s at 8:00PM; on Tuesday and Thursday at 3:15PM (9:00AM Summer Schedule); and on Saturday at 9:30AM. Class duration is approximately 60 minutes. This is an intense program that focuses on the art of traditional Taekwon-Do, body shaping, cardio-vascular health, self-defense, fighting techniques, flexibility, defensive strategies and speed training. Adults work at their own pace according to their age and physical ability. Everyone progresses and improves. Positive results become evident quickly.
